This policy explains how Bjorn Holdings LLC ("Bjorn Holdings," "we," "us") handles information collected through bjornholdings.com and vardegroup.com (the "Sites"). Varde Group and Varde Referral Group are team names of Bjorn Holdings LLC, a licensed Texas real estate broker.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit a form on the Sites, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, organization, real estate license number and status, and your message.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the Sites and keep them secure.
The Sites do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- If you ask about placing a real estate license with us, to send the information packet and agreement and to complete that process with you.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Sites.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed real estate broker.
We do not send marketing email or text messages to people who simply submit a form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Sites and deliver form submissions to us (website hosting and email delivery), with professional advisors where needed, and when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and longer where real estate license law or other law requires records to be retained.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Send the request through the form on either Site and we will respond.
Security
The Sites are served over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Other websites
The Sites link to the Texas Real Estate Commission and may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
